Annexure Financial Solutions entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Transoxiana Group to further cooperate on the development and advancement of foreign direct investment into private and public assets in Uzbekistan. Both parties recognize and agree that public relations and marketing strategies within Uzbekistan and amongst foreign investors is mutually beneficial to both firms. Annexure agreed to offer market research and analysis, private business insight and financial connections within Uzbekistan as well as Annexure’s deal flow in Uzbekistan while Transoxiana Group agreed to provide English-language marketing, communications, and content to highlight and promote Annexure and their investment deal flows in the United States.
