Singapore – 20 July 2018. Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Annexure Financial Solutions (AFS) , PR Squared Worldwide Eurasia Bridge (PRSWEB), and SEA Business Centre (SBC), to kick start a cooperation to co-organize an investment forum and tour to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan & Mongolia.

The MoU was signed on behalf of AFS by Managing Partner Kenneth Lai, CFA, CEO of PRSWEB, Yelena Zemtsova, CFA and Chief Financial Officer of SBC, Urs Schwarz. The brief ceremony took place at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Singapore.

The ceremony was followed by a meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Singapore with Honourable Ambassador Mr. Kakhramon Shakirov. A very informative and productive meeting with his excellency, as our conversation was around the investment potential in Uzbekistan as well as sharing the upcoming investment tour with his excellency.

The MoU serves to provide a framework for understanding and cooperation between the Parties for the achievement of their common goal regarding organization of an investment tour to the above-mentioned countries. AFS has a wide network in Uzbekistan while PRSWEB and SBC has deep connections to investors in ASEAN. Therefore, no doubt that the companies will complement each other the effort of organizing the investment tour.
